Utah Boating Conditions

Antelope Island State Park
Ramps: OPEN
Water Temperature: 30's-40's° F
Bear Lake State Park
Ramps: All launching ramps are open. Water is slowly
rising.
Water Temperature: 36° F
Deer Creek State Park
Ramps: Boat Ramps are Open. Danger Water is Extremely
Cold. Please Wear Life Jackets and Boat with Caution.
Water Temperature: 40's - Extremely Cold - Use

East Canyon State Park
Ramps: All docks are in the
water. Watch for floating debris as the water rises. Slow wakeless zones
are marked.
Water Temperature: 40-50 degrees° F
Escalante Petrified Forest State Park
Ramps: Boat ramp is open. Dock is in place.
Water Temperature: 55° F
Great Salt Lake State Park
Ramps: OPEN. Launch ramp is shallow and capable of
shallow draft boats only Winter weather brings frontal weather patterns
that can bring strong winds ad large, dense waves. These conditions can
be dangerous to boats with small freeboard.

Green River State Park
Ramps: OPEN
Water Temperature: 54 degrees F° F
Gunlock State Park
Ramps: CLOSED Gunlock for maintenance, working on the
Dam.

Huntington State Park
Ramps: Open
Water Temperature: 51° F
Hyrum State Park
Ramps: Boats
are launching, use caution as the water is still very cold.
Logs & branches are floating on and just under the
surface... Boat Docks are in place and being used. All four
lanes of the ramp are opened and being used.

Jordanelle State Park
Ramps: Hailstone main boat ramp is open for launching.
The personal watercraft ramp is open. Rock Cliff boat ramp is open for
launching of small fishing boats. Water is low but coming up and it is
hard to launch

Millsite State Park
Ramps: Open, Dock will be re-attached when water comes
up.

Otter Creek State Park
Ramps: Water is completely open--Boats can be launched
DOCKS AND BUOYS ARE NOW IN

Palisade State Park
Ramps: The ice is off the
lake. The ramp is open. Fishing is good to fair. Fees are required.

Piute State Park
Ramps: Water is completely open and ice free DOCKS AND
BUOYS ARE NOW IN
Water Temperature: 45 degrees° F
Quail Creek State Park:
Ramps: Water levels are
rising watch for floating debris. With low water levels visitors are to
use caution when at the lake. The Quagga Mussel is of great concern for
the western states.

Red Fleet State Park
Ramps: open Due to Quagga Mussels ALL BOATS are
encouraged to be washed leaving Red Fleet.
Water Temperature: 50-52° F
Rockport State Park
Ramps: Water temperature very chilly. Lake is filling
and some debris may be in lake from runoff.
Water Temperature: 55 degrees° F
Sand Hollow State Park
Ramps: OPEN Low water levels. Watch for unmarked
hazards.
Water Temperature: 64 Surface° F
Scofield Reservoir
Ramps: closed, ramps still
off till all the ice is gone.
Water Temperature: 32° F
Starvation State Park
Ramps: Ramp is open and docks are in place for the
season. There have been a lot of boats on the water. Use caution as the
water is cold and there are a lot of windy days during the spring.

Steinaker State Park
Ramps: Docks are in place. Wedge ramp is in place.
Water Temperature: 50-52° F
Utah Lake State Park
Ramps: water is high, boating is great.
Water Temperature: 60 degrees in marina° F
Willard Bay State Park
Ramps: Water depth is within 2 ft. of full capacity.
Current water depth in the North Marina is 11 ft.
