Brian Head Ski Resort

Brian Head Resort is the premier winter destination for the southwestern U. S., located in the heart of Utah's scenic national parks and only 5 miles from the spectacular red rock splendor of Cedar Breaks National Monument. We are the highest resort in the state of Utah, with a base elevation of 9,600 feet above sea level and over 400 annual inches of famous Utah powder.

What makes Brian Head Resort unique in the winter sports world? Spectacular red rock scenery, proximity to the national parks and Las Vegas, affordable rates, a low-key and relaxed atmosphere, and more are just some of the reason our guests come back year after year. Brian Head Resort was the only ski/snowboard resort in the United States to be honored as a "Top 10 Getaway for Family Travelers" by the Family Travel Forum. Brian Head Resort is a popular drive destination for Las Vegas, Southern California, Southern Utah, and Arizona residents. With the introduction of its "Ski Las Vegas" packages, guests from other states and countries are discovering Brian Head Resort as well.

Brian Head Resort is open for snowboarding, snow tubing, skiing, and other great winter activities from mid-November until mid-April. The scheduled opening date for the 2004-2005 season is November 13 and the scheduled closing date is April 13.
