West Desert Rock Hounding Areas

     Are you fascinated by crystals, trilobites, or geodes? Then try your hand at rock hounding in the West desert. Hunt for topaz, crystals on Topaz Mountain, or look for trilobites in the Antelope Springs trilobite beds. If geodes intrigue you, then Dugway geode beds may be the place to go.
