Not to long after the look
out point you will come to the hill that I mentioned earlier, I was able
to maneuver it on a two wheel drive so for anyone who has spent any time
on a bike it really shouldn’t cause to much stress, however if you have
younger riders they may have a different opinion. The hill is really
only about 40 feet high, it just seems to go strait up and is a little
rutted out with a few large rocks that you have to maneuver around. The
down side has a similar grade but is not as washed out, there is one or
two shelves of rock that you will just roll right over. After that short
adventure you will come to a large open area were you are able to take
in a partial panoramic view of Bear Lake.

Just
continue down this trail, and the rest of the trail is really
uneventful, just beautiful. The trail eventually pops back out
onto the Hardware Ranch road, and I would say the whole loop is no
more then 7 miles at the most
Directions To Trail Head:
The Hardware Ranch Road is located approx 32.8
miles up Logan canyon from Logan Utah and 7.2 miles from Garden City
Utah. When you turn off on this road you will be traveling
south. Drive 6.5 miles to the trail head, watch for the sign.
